Ahhhhhhhh! I’m screaming, literally screaming in excitement for the sequel I just found out is to be released NEXT FEBRUARY! I’ll bet you guys can’t figure out what it is, can you? … Okay, I’ll go ahead and tell you …

I’m beyond excited. This is full out can-hardly-wait. I’m crazy; thank you, I’m aware. But if you’ve read Red Queen and loved it as much as I did, then you’re probably freaking out a little inside, too. And yes, you’re also a little crazy. Don’t try to deny it. Only the best of us get the crazy gene. It’s only natural for others to be jealous.

Ready to see the gorgeous cover? BOOM! There it is!

Victoria Aveyard will be releasing her marvelous sequel to Red Queen on February 9th, 2016. As I’m sure 23174274you all have guessed, I will be anxiously awaiting mine. I’m actually considering preordering it right now if it’s available on Amazon Prime, because who can pass up one-day shipping?

(BTW, isn’t Victoria an awesome name? It’s my first name so I’m kind of partial to it.)

I don’t know about you, but personally, I’m thrilled to learn more about Mare! And the synopsis for Glass Sword is killer ― homicidal. And you want to know the crazy thing? My absolute favorite heroines are the ones that struggle with inner darkness. It’s what my character in my upcoming film (hopefully coming out in 2016 ― more info to come!) struggles with, and it’s what Aerietta Elony in my book struggles with. Why do I love inner darkness so much? Probably because it’s a natural thing for everyone to struggle with.

So please join me in cheering Ms. Victoria Aveyard on as she releases the second book in the incredible, hair-raising, head-spinning, heart-wrenching series, Red Queen.

Later, babes!
