About Rose

Hey, what’s up?

IMG_1929My name is Rose. I reside in a small town just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, known as Franklin. I am an education enthusiast and avid reader but if you’ve ever visited my blog before, you know that already. I also happen to be an author. You know, just as a side thing, as being an author is so easy (*cough cough* sarcasm). My debut novel, Crown of Crimson (The Afterlight Chronicles #1) was released January 22, 2016.

When I am not writing or reading, I am spending my time in front of the camera, or behind it if I ever get the chance to be. I am an actress and screenwriter. To see my work on IMDb, click here!

I was homeschooled but before you close my blog at the first sight of the word homeschooled, let me tell you why you should stay. I am not your typical reserved homeschooler with few friends and that likes to sit around and play video games all day if she isn’t spending alone time with her imaginary friends and/or stuffed animals.

There’s my reason!

Book-BLogger-list-250Now, if I were you, I would be asking the million-dollar question about now:

Why should YOU spend your time on MY blog?

Well, if you don’t want to, you shouldn’t. But for those of you who are interested in getting book reviews, hearing about the progress of the Crown of Crimson series, getting exclusive information about my upcoming film projects, and learning secrets from the authors and editors I have been privileged enough to interview, then stick around.  I welcome you to stay, explore my posts, and see what all my talk is about. And if you don’t like what you see? That’s fine. You are free to go at your earliest convenience.

So for those of you who are interested in books and hearing what I have to say about them, then stay tuned! Because things are about to get crazy.
